Onze bijeenkomsten vinden plaats op vooraf geselecteerde locaties in belangrijke steden. Enkele weken voor het evenement maken we op deze site de exacte gegevens van de bijeenkomst bekend. Meestal hebben we de dagen van tevoren al gepland met diverse meetings. We onderhandelen speciale tarieven voor overnachtingen in hotels en uiteraard zal het de inwendige mens aan niets ontbreken.
